This paper complements Seminar Series Paper 298, where Chris Harte examined how schools responded to COVID-19 lockdown, and identified ‘first principles’ for avoiding a return to the ‘old abnormal’. Here, David Price builds upon Harte’s analysis and introduces readers to innovators who have adopted those new design principles.
